We have an opportunity for a Senior InsideSales Manager to join our Safety and Productivity Solutions team in Bucharest.

HoneywellSafety and Productivity Solutions (SPS), is a $5.2B enterprise, which providescomprehensive solutions that enhance workplace safety and incident response,improve enterprise and workflow performance and enable greater product designinnovation.

Honeywell SPS serves customers in aerospace, automotive,commercial building, first responder, field service, healthcare, logistics,manufacturing, oil & gas, power and utilities, medical, retail, supplychain, test & measurement and transportation markets.

The Inside Sales and Contract Renewals organization remotely sellsor renews services, products and software for multiple Business Units of SPSGroup.

The team is split per Business Unit, with 6 Supervisors and 76 sales representatives,carrying an annual quota in excess of $200M.

The Senior Inside SalesManager is responsible for the overall management of sales and contract renewaloperations of all the SPS Business Units, covering Europe as a region as wellas partially North America, ensuring sales targets are meet & exceeded andthat all end users, channel partners, distributors and integrators are treatedwith the outmost professionalism by the account management team and strongpartnerships are created to grow our customer base and ensure future business.

Senior Inside Sales Manager responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by enabling and leading a highly effective sales team
  • Continuously improve on forecast accuracy
  • Lead & execute on key transformation projects for the inside sales and contract renewals teams
  • Developing a Sales Operating System and Tier cadence in line with global and business unit expectations
  • Build deep relationships with regional Business Unit General Managers and within territory channel community to become a trusted advisor for Honeywell’s products and services
  • Help to develop the Annual Operating Plan and establish a process to meet or exceed budgetary targets
  • Qualifications

  • 7 years’ experience in progressively more responsible roles in the fields of sales and marketing
  • Solid previous experience of leadership and previous experience in sales roles
  • Deep knowledge of key sales concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Demonstrated leadership of transformation change, globally
  • Ability to develop high performing teams and successful track record of driving growth
  • Strong, results driven - ability to implement process rigor through organizations
