Technical Account Manager NNMi
Your key responsibilities :
As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) : Pro-active is key to make customers successful in everything they do, and show them the value of their investment in our Software, Support and Premium support.
As an advocate you assure that the environment is up to date by collaborating with the customer and giving him the best possible advises and recommendations.
As a TAM you report to the customer on quarterly basis to show the engagement and results of your work towards the customer.
You closely work together with RnD for servicing our customer, as well as support teams that work for the customer. In case of escalations, you are the hub of communications and managing the situations.
You will visit your customers minimally twice per year based on the contract and eventually more for additional deliveries.
You support the customer based on the product and of course your skill-set. In this role you are the advisor that make to the trusted advisor when exceeding expectations of the customer.
The job reports into a team leader, and you work across the organization. We have a matrix organization which needs to you to work in more virtual teams.
Travel is on regular basis taking everything into account. Your customers are in Turkey and Middle East but can be throughout EMEA.
