To support our quick power business line expansion, monitoring, R&D and after sales projects (I&C), we need a Support Power System Manager in our Group Support Power Team that is growing with new team members and new competencies.
Working in our main Technical Support Group center from , the Support System Power Manager we are looking for, must be able to sustain the fast growth of the organization, cultural diversity and the implementation&
monitorization of new, diverse and innovative solutions such as hybrid power technologies.
Our After Sales Manager will be responsible for coordinating the implementation projects and the post-sales team activities (level 2 incident management).
The right candidate should be available for occasionally business travel on site, to facilitate training plan implementation for the subsidiaries and supervize the commissioning schedules for the equipments.
The main areas for deploying telecom equipment are SE Asia, Africa and Caribbean Sea.

Reporting to the Group Chief Power Officer, the right candidate will be exposed to a high level of power technologies, especially hybrid and off-grid systems.
Working in a fast-paced environment our specialists will be exposed to top power technologies for telecommunications and interesting projects, having the opportunity to learn, develop and come up with out of the box solutions and R&D directions.
Integrate, train, motivate, coordinate activities and lead After Sales team’s to achieve set objectives and targets
Overseeing the instalation, maintenance and commisioning for various projects
Coordinating implementation for various technical trainings on conventional, hybrid and renwable technologies
Offering implementation support for technical power solutions based on diverse technologies like diesel, solar, wind and hybrid power systems
Collecting feedback from clients, sites, providers and partners
Ensuring on call support to solve diverse technical implementation, post-installation challenges (level 2 technical support) and product acceptance
Solving problems and identifying solutions for core issues within delivery-commisioning process
Maintaining a constructtive relationship with all key stakeholders (Sizing Team, GCTO, NOC, Subsidiaries, Providers, etc.)
Making suggestions for projects adaptation, improvements and monitorization
Participating in projects closure and delivery
BS / MS degree, preferable in energy, telecom, mechanical, computer science, automation or electronic field
1-5 years of relevant technical support / service experience working with any Power System Solutions conventional, renewable or hybrid
Availability for business trips in Asia, Africa and Central America (app. 25% of working time)
Microsoft Office proficiency
Management and PM skills
Proficient in English; written and oral communication in French would be an advantage
Customer care and business presentation / training skills are required
