Answers customers RFQ's, clarifies RFQ package, details regarding prices, quantities, delivery conditions, general planning.
Participates in the feasibility meetings for the new RFQ's and offers all details to the internal team.
Creates PCIS (Pre Commitment Information Sheet) and establishes together with the Management Team the price level.
Prepares the offers (cost break down, tools costs, etc) and negotiates with the
Initiates the kick off meetings for the awarded projects and hands it over to the Project Manager.
Identifies and analyzes the loss makers references and negotiates with the customers the implementation of different solving solutions.
Updates and maintains Sales Database.
Maintains and promotes relationships with the customers.
Prepares and performs product presentation and customers visits.
Reviews and analyses customers needs.
Is studying AIS market and prepares sales strategy.
Supervises and coordinates overdues process.
Escalation support for Logistics Department.

Experience in Sales / Purchasing or Logistics.
Experience in managing customers / suppliers.
English - advanced level.
Excellent presentation skills.
Microsoft Office - advanced level.
APQP Process (G10-G30, RFQ to SOP).
