Summary of Role :

To provide Customer Service in both English & Dutch languages, by answering support queries via phone and email. The Customer Support Agent represents a leading global brand, and is the first line of contact for all incoming requests or questions concerning end user orders or questions concerning the products and services.

We are looking for candidates that are passionate about technology and eager to learn and develop.


Summary of responsibilities :

o Represent the brand, and be part of it’s ethos. To never settle for second best

  • Maintain a quality business relationship with all customers
  • Provide high level professional services in an efficient manner
  • Make effective use of procedural, informational, and technical documentation
  • To take ownership of customer problems and be proactive when dealing with their issues
  • To log all Calls, Chats and E-mails into the ticket logging system
  • Ensure that all customer contacts are handled in a timely and effective manner within the agreed Service Level Agreements
  • Effective use of procedures and technical documentation
  • Identify any service related issues and escalate to the Team Leader
  • Basic PC knowledge (training will be provided)
  • Skills / Languages Required :

    o Excellent customer service skills

    o Exceptional customer service and people skills

    o Interest in smartphone industry, experience will be preferred

    o Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    o Assertive with likeable personality and an independent thinker

    o Positive and enthusiastic, with a real team spirit

    o Academic educational level or equal by experience

    o Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook) and Internet

    o Able to gain good knowledge of the client’s order management system

    o Organized, accurate and meticulous, with good administrative skills

    o Strong work ethic, dependable, and flexibility to work overtime

    Experience in the following roles would be advantageous (but not essential) :

    Technical Helpdesk Administrator, Technical Service Desk Analyst, Customer Service Desk Analyst, Technical First Line Support.
