Your job will involve PR to PO compliance checks, requester and vendor management, issue resolution.
What will your day to day role involve?
Responsibilities
The purpose of this position is to communicate verbally / in written with the clients and the related departments in order to collect the debt registered by them, according to the Standardized Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
Booking of Incoming Payments : - Bank Statement; - Remittance advices.
Processing credit notes
Maintaining customer master data : o New customer set up o Changes in the customer master data
Managing unapplied cash : - Unapplied / unidentified payment investigation; - Cash collected at the month end
Coordinating the chase activity, query resolution / dispute management : - Verbal & Written Communication with client;
Verbal & Written Communication with related departments.
Managing dunning letters / collection letters : - Issuing, checking and sending dunning letters / Collection letters
Reading and learning the operating procedures, contributing to the development / improvement of the operating procedures
Escalating of all unsolved / unclear issues to the team leader
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
Very good knowledge of Greek language, min. C1, English B2;
High School Degree (University graduate or Economic studies are an advantage);
Meaningful working experience in the Procurement field;
Accounting knowledge intermediate level.
