About the Role

The Business Analyst will be responsible for processes automations and integrations among tools and platforms.
The role is within the Standard Rating Operations team, which is responsible for a timely forecasting and planning of research, while also evaluating and reporting on key performance metrics for the team.
The team is also driving the continuous improvement initiatives in the team and overseeing a project portfolio aimed to enhance the efficiency and quality of the research processes.
Investigate and analyze process issues, providing troubleshooting support, developing solutions, and implementing process improvements;
Develop means and methods of capturing, processing, analyzing, and reporting on the current process performance;
Develop and maintain processes guidance documents, process maps and workflow charts;
Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards;
Identify process digitalization opportunities based on process understanding and available technologies / tools;
Execute improvement projects leveraging key tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, statistical process control, and root cause analysis;
Develops communication plans to facilitate process implementation and adoption;
Defines the metrics required to track adoption and compliance;
Contribute to technology deployments, tool development and tool roll-out;
Supporting technology testing activities by creating relevant test scenarios, performing tests, supporting the UAT;
Lead monitoring and maintenance of the processes, management system / tools, including Root Cause Analyses of the issues;
Work to develop and support data quality reporting dashboards.
Process and quality management skills are required;
Experience in coordinating medium projects and communicating with other project teams;
Certifications from relevant trainings such as six sigma, project management or business analysis are a plus;
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple workflows within a dynamic work environment;
Ability to clearly explain features or acceptance requirements during refinement / requirements gathering and to lead demo sessions to users and stakeholders;
Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills;
Self-starter, problem solver, able to work independently, pragmatic;
Has intermediate skills / is eager to learn one or more of Excel, Power BI, Power Apps;
Can use databases to download / extract / analyze / process large amounts of complex data.
