The Aftersales Business Analyst isresponsible to find the right aftersales opportunities, implement andcontinuously develop the strategy around them considering the entire Lifecycleof Emerson Climate Technologies products.

The person performing the role willwork on technical database mapping & technical database clean-up and willput together an overall spare parts strategy by collaborating with ApplicationEngineering, Product Planning and Material Managers.


  • Responsible to identify / define and execute the Aftersales Strategy by working closely with theLifecycle Management Team and adjacent departments
  • Help develop and promotenew & optimized flows that facilitates better, faster assistance inaftersales inquiries
  • Directly Supportinternal teams, such as Customer Service, with correct item identificationnecessary in order booking process
  • Acquire & develop,constantly, an optimum level of information & expertise regarding Emerson products,services & solution packages
  • Understand producttechnical database and perform update & clean-up activities when &where necessary
  • Takes ownership ofdefined Lifecycle Management Projects from start to finish with focus onsuccessfully implementing the strategic Aftersales initiatives related to SpareParts and other product families
  • Gathers valuableinformation from departments like Marketing, Product Planning, ApplicationEngineering, Sales in order to drive focus and execute specific initiatives
  • Presents and promotesthe analysis results and collaborates with stakeholders to agree uponimplementation steps
  • Follows up accordinglyto ensure the strategy s successful implementation
  • Collaborates effectivelythroughout different levels, channels and teams and communicates continuouslywith Engineering, Product Planning, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and CustomerSupporting functions
  • Supports all LifecycleManagement projects and initiatives as needed
  • Requirements

  • University degree in Engineering fields or Economics with experience in Sales, Product Management or Technical field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Aftersales or B2B sales area with a commercial acumen, expertise to support development of Aftersales Strategy
  • Relevant experience in technical / customer support fields
  • Experience in HVAC, Ref & AC business is considered plus
  • Computer skills : Advanced / Proficiency level in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Good Finance, Marketing, Sales concepts understanding
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Proactivity, flexibilityand adaptability
