We pursue innovation, strive for sustainability and develop insights in every part of our business. Job vacancy Junior Accounts Payable (6 months contract)This position will report to AP Team Leader What you will be doing :

  • Book invoices in SAP FI module
  • Use Service-Now workflow for processing invoices and communication with approvers and Purchase Order creators
  • Respect the daily booking invoices target established by the AP Team Leader or AP Finance Manager
  • Process the needed posting corrections on a timely manner
  • Handle and solve e-mails received respecting the agreed turnaround time of response
  • End to end investigation of the situations occurred, response and resolution provided on a timely manner
  • Receive and sort the physical invoices and hardcopy correspondence sent to Cluj by Steelcase vendors and suppliers (invoices, reminders, statements, order confirmations)
  • Manage the electronic invoices from the suppliers and vendors by handling the Accounts Payable common mailboxes dedicated for electronic correspondence and documents
  • Manage the hard copy invoices received from the vendors and makes sure that these are directed to the rest of the Booking Team colleagues on a timely manner
  • Responsible of the physical archiving of invoices and follows all archiving requirements and correspondence with our external document storage provider
  • Encourages positive interaction with the team members
  • Regularly reviews and updates all the procedures related to the process
  • Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Comply with business ethics, applicable laws and regulations
  • Actively assists in troubleshooting and problem solving Who you are : Education / Experience :
  • Bachelor’s Degree / or during studies in Business / Economics / Finance / Banking
  • Experience in working with ticketing systems or helpdesk area, would be an advantage
  • Advanced English skills, French or German knowledge is considered a plusSkills / Abilities :
