Your profile

We are looking for motivated candidates who are interested in :

  • Negotiation of contractual terms and conditions, inclusion of bank’s policies and procedures, identification and management of contractual risks, securing all apropriate interfaces (e.
  • g. supplier, control functions, stakeholder, other procurement departments etc)

  • Manage renewals, novations, terminations, MSAs and all other forms of contracts across the bank
  • Draft contract clauses for various types of contracts when required and propose them to Legal Department for approval / endorsement
  • Highlight regulatory and other risks encountered in the contracts in team’s scope
  • Ensure execution and approval / signature of all contracts within agreed upon turnaround time
  • Up-load the executed contracts in the contract management system
  • DB Stakeholder management, i.e. manage relationship with DB partners, e.g. service owners and control functions such as data protection, risk, legal, etc
  • Establish and maintain an holistic view of contracts and also contractual matrix regarding respective supplier, track suplier compliance with DB Policies and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure compliance with execution authorization hierarchy and provide timely written updates
  • Ensure up-dated contracts records are maintained
  • Ensure active contribution to Contracts Quality Council and Contracts Lifecycle Management Programs
  • Regular reports on contracts status and other Contracts Creation scope related matters and ad-hoc reports when required
  • Deliver continuous improvement through implementation of best practices
  • Deliver strong trusting relationships with stakeholders and all interaction parties
  • Contribute to achievement of a high performance culture
  • Demonstrates personal commitment to supporting colleagues within the team
  • Experience : - min 5 years experience in a similar role

    Team player, able to work in virtual global teams in a matrix organization

    Legal background constitutes an advantage

    Good communication skills

    Relationship management, problem solving capability

    Ability to work in a fast paced business environment
