We are looking for motivated candidates who are interested in :
Negotiation of contractual terms and conditions, inclusion of bank’s policies and procedures, identification and management of contractual risks, securing all apropriate interfaces (e.
g. supplier, control functions, stakeholder, other procurement departments etc)
Manage renewals, novations, terminations, MSAs and all other forms of contracts across the bank
Draft contract clauses for various types of contracts when required and propose them to Legal Department for approval / endorsement
Highlight regulatory and other risks encountered in the contracts in team’s scope
Ensure execution and approval / signature of all contracts within agreed upon turnaround time
Up-load the executed contracts in the contract management system
DB Stakeholder management, i.e. manage relationship with DB partners, e.g. service owners and control functions such as data protection, risk, legal, etc
Establish and maintain an holistic view of contracts and also contractual matrix regarding respective supplier, track suplier compliance with DB Policies and regulatory requirements
Ensure compliance with execution authorization hierarchy and provide timely written updates
Ensure up-dated contracts records are maintained
Ensure active contribution to Contracts Quality Council and Contracts Lifecycle Management Programs
Regular reports on contracts status and other Contracts Creation scope related matters and ad-hoc reports when required
Deliver continuous improvement through implementation of best practices
Deliver strong trusting relationships with stakeholders and all interaction parties
Contribute to achievement of a high performance culture
Demonstrates personal commitment to supporting colleagues within the team
Experience : - min 5 years experience in a similar role
Team player, able to work in virtual global teams in a matrix organization
Legal background constitutes an advantage
Good communication skills
Relationship management, problem solving capability
Ability to work in a fast paced business environment
