In this role you have the opportunity to
hold an individual contributor role and you will be responsible for developing relevant analytics and reports. These increasingly important data will influence strategic and tactical decisions regarding the sales and trade marketing teams as well as fulfill weekly, monthly and quarterly business reporting requirements.
In this role, you will collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders (Trade Marketing, Operations and Finance) to bring concepts to implementation.
By preparing the appropriate analysis you will have an impact on set up the strategy based on data.
You are responsible for
Prepare data sharing within organization modelling reports based on needs and provide insights based on data reading
Design reporting dashboard and develop programs / applications for data collection and storage
Administration of data collected via app for in store excellence, reports design
Cooperation with sales and trade marketing for building strategic account plans
Install tracking for campaign assessment and promoters efficiency
Conduct ecommerce analytics and tracking tool management
Leading business initiatives driving results optimization
Collaborate with global team to localize reports and feed them with data
Take corrective actions based on SFA / OLE results
Monitor and report Sales Fundamentals (product availability, in-store promotions, online promotions)
Complete channel / account analysis and defines opportunity to grow
Collect local benchmark data and defines corrective actions
Evaluate business cases submitted by Account Manager and replies to the request facilitating implementation
Coordinate reporting and post campaign evaluation working with SFA, sell-out data, stock reports
Conducts researches to get more knowledge on shopper experience
Create trade reports tracking in store excellence, both qualitative and quantitative data
Prepare reports tracking sales evolution and market trends, addressing observations for improvements
Leads business initiatives driving results optimization

You will work closely with Marketing, Trade, Digital and Operations teams. The team will be responsible for developing, implementing and driving continuous improvements of the standardized business capabilities within the transformation and innovating in the market for business Domestic Appliances.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
University degree (preferably in economics, econometrics or mathematics)
Min. 3 years of experience in the preparation of comprehensive analysis and development of conclusions and recommendations of actions
Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel, Power Point, Word)
Master strategic business process modeling, traceability and quality management
Knowledge of SQL (advantage)
Ability to think analytically and draw synthetic conclusions
Dynamics, entrepreneurship and pro-activity in action
Highly developed communication skills
Fluency in English
Apply best practices for effective communication and problem-solving
Project management skills
Technical skills in managing large data and designing different type of reports
Strong methodical mindset to ensure accuracy of metrics.
