KeyResponsibilities / 职位描述

  • Beingthe absolute entrepreneur of the assigned territory to developbusiness with RC customers in SPT pillar (pet show owner ),including Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui and Shandongprovinces.
  • Being responsible for covering,distributing RC products and services to existing and prospectivecustomers in the assigned territory with target annual GSVRMB100million.
  • Achieving target GSV and relatedKPIs of assigned territory by leading and managing the frontlinesales force.
  • Establishing, developing andmaintaining business relationship with existing and prospectivecustomers in the assigned territory.
  • Makingannual plan with customers to achieve and exceed annual salestarget.
  • Holding regular business review withthe sales team on at least a weekly basis. Taking immediate actionsin response to the changing business environment and deviations inthe execution.
  • Training and couching the newsales associate by following RC Sales On-Job-Trainingguidance.
  • Checking and approving sales team sweekly visit plan and make in-person shadowing visit to coach theSR to make sure the effective execution.
  • Makingand review Individual Development Plan of the subordinates andproviding training, coaching and motivating by followingsituational leadership coachingskill.
  • Cooperating with Regional SalesOperation and S&C to organize marketing events of new customerrecruitment and customer education activities such as seminars,trade shows, and compound samplings,etc.
  • Analysing the territory s potential anddeveloping prospective customers to meet the target of storecoverage rate, distribution rate and active storerate.
  • Expediting the resolution of customerproblems and opportunities, special developments, information ofCuanhuo, or customer s feedback gathered through field activity toappropriate company staff.
  • Training andcoaching the sales team to adhere to all company policies,procedures and business ethics codes in fieldactivity.
  • Maintaining the freshness of RCproduct in the stores and implementing special sales activities toreduce stock.
  • Cooperating with supportingfunctions by leveraging expertise and the relevant resources tohelp boosting salesperformance.
  • Qualifications / 任职条件

  • Universitydegree,
  • Aggressive anddetailed;
  • Sales oriented and resultoriented;
  • At least 5 years sales managementexperiences in foreign FMCG company;
  • At least10 years working experiences in foreign FMCGcompany;
  • Good oralEnglish;
