Working from our Cluj office, you will offer support to the account management function for this department in various European territories where you will be expected to work closely with our commercial, product and development teams to ensure we are maximising opportunities and that we are shaping our proposition in line with market and client expectations.
Your role will focus on providing data, insights, and actionable advice to your portfolio of accounts in order to increase the associated commercial value.
Duties & Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for all your accounts and proactively develop relations with all account stakeholders to achieve client development and retention targets.
To ensure your accounts are fully aware of and engaged in Ve’s full offering via phone calls, meetings & networking. Compile regular bespoke presentations and reports to enable clients to review the impact of Ve technology on their business.
Research and analyse client activities and the client’s needs to identify optimization and account growth opportunities.
Identify and resolve all client issues with or without the help of your immediate team and colleagues in other departments across Ve e.
g., Technical Account Management, Sales etc.
Minimize any financial queries or invoicing issues associated with your portfolio.
Be well versed in new and established technologies that are complimentary to or that compete with Ve Global, in order to present a convincing business case for companies to expand their use of Ve’s services.
Ensure a strong working relation with all internal departments and stakeholders associated with your portfolio so that you can deliver a professional service to the client.
Experience and Qualifications
Educated to degree level or demonstrable applicable business experience.
Ideally 1-2 years’ experience working in a digital / e-commerce / client services environment.
Ideally knowledge of display advertising and re-targeting.
Target oriented, you are able to establish meaningful and long-term relationships with your account portfolio contacts.
Genuine interest / experience in the digital and e-commerce industries with a commitment to develop industry knowledge.
Able to work under pressure with strong multi-tasking and organisational capabilities.
Ability to think logically and execute methodically, a creative solution-finder, technically and commercially credible.
Analytically minded and able to draw conclusions when looking at data and creating reports.
Able to respond well to change and adopt new technologies and opportunities quickly.
A good team player with excellent communication skills and a strong commercial focus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and good level of French and German.
Good use of Microsoft office applications including Power Point and Excel.
