Technical Support Intern will be assisting the Project Engineers with tasks such as documentation (certifications, drawings, documentation), samples, style assignation and other non-
customer facing requests. The Technical Support Intern will greatly contribute to answering technical requests from existing customer and to the successful launch of new projects.
The Technical Support Intern will closely communicate with both local and global Engineering teams.
Send out agency certification documentation to the project engineer or sales manager;
Offer support on PPAP documentation (documentation checking);
Place sample order and do follow-up and coordinate shipments to customer;
Follow-up on style assignation and activities; manage transfer slip requirements;
Follow-up with the factory on action completion status based on project timelines (per request);
Get costs and other relevant information from Oracle;
Retrieve drawings on existing style numbers per request;
Other support offered to the team per manager’s request;
Bachelor Degree in Engineering;
