Applies developed subject matter knowledge for the Print Services & Solutions organization to consult on portfolio enablement and drive business requirements supporting end-to-end tools and processes.

Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process.

Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations.

May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.

The Business Ecosystems team drives requirements identification, implementation, and commercialization of the required network of business systems to support our future business direction for all products and routes-to-market of Print Services & Solutions.

Responsibilities :

  • Leads identification, prioritization, and execution of business requirements with PSS core teams, value-chain partners, pan-PS / Print initiatives, and technology / platform teams.
  • Owns ongoing requirements tracking, alignment, and communication with PSS stakeholders; presents business impacts related to timelines and new feature or functionality readiness.
  • Consults and advises product or solution core teams on system and tools functionality : current state and future direction;
  • informs on release schedule and business impacts related to features / capabilities and drives requirements in development stages / phases.

  • Performs business analysis, identifies root cause, and develops recommendations / solutions to drive business improvements.
  • Collaborates with regions / WW regarding service and support planning, implementation and performance.
  • Utilizes understanding of business requirements to translate to technical requirements; utilizes understanding of technical releases to translate to business impact or implementation.
  • Must be comfortable with ambiguity and have ability to communicate complex issues effectively.
  • Leads key business initiatives in support of operational or financial improvement.
  • Education and Experience Required :

  • Typically 5+ years to establish proven track record in directly related business.
  • Typically first level university degree or equivalent work experience; advanced degree is a plus .
  • Knowledge and Skills :

  • Moderate knowledge of Services & Software, technology platforms, and managed services industry.
  • Knowledge of HP organization, policies, end to end processes, tools, and routes to market.
  • General understanding of Print Services and Solutions products.
  • Problem detection and analysis of root cause.
  • Leads teams to achieve results.
  • Proficiency with desktop applications and familiarity with MPS sales and delivery tools.
  • Moderate level of planning, project management and change management skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Influence within same team and level.
