We have an opportunity for a Sr HR Project Management Specialist role to join our Corporate team in Bucharest .
This position will support the implementation and evolution of best practices in Data Privacy Compliance, Risk & Internal Controls management for the Honeywell HR Services organization.
This role will support key functions such as Data Privacy Compliance, Data Privacy Liaison, Risk Management, Internal Audits and Policy reviews, Audit Coordination (Internal / external), Business Continuity, Supplier Risk Management and drive proactive Training & Awareness.
Lead Data Privacy reviews for HR projects, processes and tools through analysis, Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) and approvals and proactively promote Privacy by Design ensuring HR projects, tools and processes adhere to Data Privacy guidelines, policies and regulations.
Implement and develop framework to ensure robust controls for data protection covering applications, processes and suppliers.
End to end ownership of HR Data Privacy engagement with LER (Labor & Employee Relations), EWC (European Works Council), Local WC (Country Works Councils), DPO (Data Privacy Officer) and Employment Counsel requiring understanding of basic requirements of Consultation and Co-Determination.
Build and foster relationships with key stakeholders across HR, LER, Legal, Country HR, IT and Corporate Audit.
Manage HR data incident process including identification, investigation, mitigation support and reporting.
Perform risk assessment and audits of HR policies and processes to identify control gaps, provide recommendations to ensure risk mitigation and ensure implementation of adequate controls, and summarize findings through standard reporting.
Coordinate internal and external audits that involve HR processes and track findings to closure. Manage and enhance Business Continuity documentation and testing across HR Services sites and key HR applications.
Bachelor’s Degree, in a in a HR, Business, Accounting, Legal, Compliance or related field
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a services or manufacturing environment with strong understanding of Data Privacy Regulations, Works Councils requirements, etc
Knowledge of HR policies & processes and Risk Management processes
Strong organization, leadership, innovation and influencing skills. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills effective at all levels of the Business
