As Technical Support Engineer you are part of an international team supporting German and international clients of our clinical information system i.s.h.med.
After an intensive training period you will be able to work client's tickets independently and use your technical knowledge to understand the structure and location of an issue.
You will be responsible for analyzing, documenting and solution of complex client tickets in a timely manner.
You will be in close contact with other teams, such as Consulting and IP / Engineering and thus be able to work across teams for the benefit of our clients in one of the most complex fields of information technology.
