This role is a key link between your clients and their providers, as you will monitor the process of supplies’ delivery.

In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to transactional procurement which include :

Interaction :

  • Works with Ops leads and customers to design, implement and drive Value Generating VG roadmaps;
  • Activities :

  • Comprehensive analysis of the purchase requests (PR), inquiries and technical specifications;
  • Preparing and releasing of the purchase orders (PO);
  • Preparing the order confirmation report and tracking orders not delivered on time;
  • Entering the correct data into the system;
  • Catalogs maintenance, insertion of new items and updating existing ones in the system
  • Supplier analysis to prevent possible fraud
  • Sending cases requiring resolution to the client agreed contacts in order to solve them;
  • Proactively controls to prevent errors;
  • On time solving of all requests received from suppliers or customers via email, phone, fax;
  • Using software metering communication with the client / supplier (Microsoft Dynamics CRM or others)
  • Maintains relationship with the customer, understands customer needs and find solutions consistent with the objectives set;
  • On time solving of the customer’s requests
  • Ensures that the response time to the client and the deadlines are on time;
  • Understands customer’s organization and interacts with the appropriate contacts for each process
  • Interacts via email or phone with customer’s representatives;
  • Participates proactively in the conference calls held by the customer monthly;
  • Recurrent reporting and ad-hoc reports as needed;
  • Analyzing and solving any critical issues raised by the customer / supplier and assisting persons with no experience in solving them;
  • Maintaining of the performance indicators set by the customer at / above the agreed level
  • Identify improvement projects for the daily activity through LEAN projects;
  • SOPs updating with any changes that may occur in the work performed;
  • Active involvement in conferences and projects raised by the client
  • Involvement in activities within the team (Visual Management, Promotional Items for back-up, Co-packing, Purchasing Support, POA report)
  • Providing support to the new team members
  • Assisting managers for various activities (reports, presentations or trainings support team)
  • Qualifications we seek in you

    Minimum qualifications

  • University graduate
  • Advanced Russian language skills
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Preferred qualifications

  • Previous experience in a multinational company
  • Similar experience in positions requiring interaction with end customers
  • Work experience with an ERP system (SAP, SRM)
