The role that you will play :
Fulfillingservice tasks, installation and maintenance of the Siemens Healthcare medicalequipment, also for other collateral products, according to the manufacturer’sinstructions.
Working accuratelyby following the processes and procedures of Siemens Healthcare SRL. Reportingof activities and customer on-site visits
Assuring anefficient management of the spare parts and materials, including bringing themon time from the customer to be returned and the accurate completion of thetechnical forms required for return.
Resolvingcustomer issues and escalating them, when needed, informing Service Manager ofcomplaints.
