Scope of work :
Team Leader of P IT BA Team in Timisoara.
Support the global Business Application team and Vitesco Technologies to thrive towards a data-driven enterprise via an S / 4 HANA consolidated SAP environment .
Ramp-up and continuously develop a strong BA team in Timisoara.
Analysis and Consulting of complex business requirements our internal Customers within national or international Projects based on SAP Standard solutions as well as own developed solutions.
Managing IT projects on a global scale or regional roll outs. High focus on optimization projects towards latest SAP technology and cloud-based web services.
Realization and Implementation of self-developed solutions including execution and acceptance of tests, securing of defined quality-level / quality-gates.
Support Business departments / key-user / user by using SAP applications.
Maintenance and enhancement of implemented applications throughout the complete live cycle.
Creation of technical documentations & requirement specifications.
Close collaboration inside the global team as well as team overlapping (other SAP modules) and to our internal Customers in an international environment.
Academic degree in Information Technology,Business Administration or comparable qualification.
Several years of work experience in one or several core SAP modules (e.g. MM, SD, QM, PP, FI or CO) or Business Warehouse.
Work experience in an international environment (desired), preferably Automotive industry.
High affinity towards new technologies in the SAP environment.
Continuous learning mentality.
Knowledge in Customizing, Workbench and RFC / IDoc processing (desired).
Profound Project Management skills.
Profound knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Language skills : native language plus English fluent in spoken and written.
Structured, analytic, strategic and self dependent work-style.
High commitment to work in a global team.
