Liaising between a wide variety of internal customers (plants, marketing, product development, etc.), external clients, and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs
Responsible for keeping clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis using a customer centric approach in any circumstance
Manage entire order lifecycle, from initiation in SAP, to amendments and delivery
Prove excellent knowledge of international trade compliance and custom regulations, prepare the necessary documentation for order delivery
Ensure compliance to processes and procedures defined at the departments level
Monitor constantly orders and clearly communicate the progress in a timely manner to all relevant audiences
Track key account metrics relative to order management and translate them into valuable insights
Tailor message to the audience and command excellent presentation skills
Anticipate risk factors and working collaboratively with relevant parties to mitigate them, able to co-create solution and persuade when necessary
Maintain and develop a close interaction with key stakeholders to get early visibility on incoming projects
With a continuous improvement mindset identify process issues and contribute to co-designing the solution. What will make you succeed :
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar work environment
You have strong knowledge of supply chain and trade compliance
You can work independently and within a team
Continuous Improvement mindset and skills (LEAN)
Self-motivated and with good decision-making skills
Work discipline (planning and organizing skills)
Easily deal with ambiguity and navigates complexity
Interpersonal savvy : consult & network with customers, stakeholders
Effective communicator, written and verbal. Able to organize thoughts and information before sharing.
Take prompt actions to accomplish objectives and to achieve goals; being proactive
Attention to details, customer focus, problem-solving abilities
Advanced English & German language are a must
