Your day to day :

To lead support activities for the sales representatives / account managers and channel partners by providing high level expertise of IT and telecommunication processes and all related systems, thus enabling them to spend more time with their customers.

To look for new opportunities to provide wider, tailor fit support to the Sale Support Team’s Customers. To plan, execute and co-ordinate changes and additions to team’s portfolio items.

To act as buddy / coach towards less Sales Support colleagues, provide training and capture knowledge.

  • Operates in a global environment, effectively uses multi-cultural resources.
  • Leads operational and improvement projects related to the Sales Support Team’s continuous growth and efficiency savings.
  • Designs, develops and implements of the Sales Support Team’s services.
  • Explores new areas, services that can be supported by the Sales Support Team.
  • Identifies process improvement areas and leads improvement. Recognizes and implements the changes necessary for enabling the business to perform to its optimum ability.
  • Helps the Team to capitalize on synergies and connection points that are revealed between various teams and functions.
  • Owns, documents and shares a comprehensive knowledge of the fixed / mobility processes.
  • Significantly supports the Sales Representatives with TCV generation, winning new Customers / renewals by providing business expertise
  • Participates in customer calls.
  • Provides expert advice on process, tools and templates. Establishes and shares best practices.
  • Work on high complexity ad-hoc tasks and provide intelligent support by advising solutions, actions to the Sales Representatives.

  • Fluent English
  • 3+ years work experience in a multinational sales environment, in the telecom industry
  • Accuracy, attention to detail
  • Assertive communication (verbal & writing) to front line and head of’ levels
  • Influencing skills
  • Proven time and priority management skills are a must
  • Basic negotiation skills
  • Advanced customer relationship management skills
  • Basic decision-making skills
  • Advanced presentation skills
  • Advanced people coordination skills (project teams), leading others without authority
  • Basic project management experience
  • Advanced relationship building skills
  • Self-motivated, independent worker, self-responsible and individual contributor
  • Innovative thinking
  • Basic PowerBI skills (desired)
  • Strong Word, Excel and Power Point skills
