Collect all data and requirements from the clients and communicate them internally with the concerned parties.
Define and formulate project scope of work document, getting clients’ approval on it then send it to the internal concerned parties and initiate internal kick off meeting with them.
Create a project plan and send it to all concerned parties, follow up on it and send progress report.
Create and update the service manual (SM).
Identify the relevant KCRPs, KSPs and associated metrics required by the clients and end-user.
Act as focal point during the project implementation.
Launching the project and audit on it to make sure that it meets client’s requirements.
Formulate acceptance form for the client contains a survey to know his level of satisfaction
Responsible for implementing set up for new sites
Very good command of English (speaking and writing)
Working in the project management field or at least experience in the project management.
High School and Possessing a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
