We are looking for customer-focused individuals who serve as the primary resource for customers contacting the Information Center regarding products and services.

The variety of subjects handled is extensive (, product information, pricing, patient education materials, product quality complaints, adverse experiences and more).

Responsibilities :

  • Performs routine call center activities concerning business products and services.
  • Responsible for handling customer contacts from all channels including but not limited to e-mail, text, chat, letters and phone calls and performing data entry functions related to specific program functions.
  • Ability to perform in high pressure and fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Assesses calls to provide service immediately, be transferred, or require follow-up for client resolution.
  • Identifies customer needs by referring to case notes and examining each as a specific case.
  • Provides customers with information that is specialized and communicated in a warm empathetic manner.
  • Gathers all necessary information to update the database.
  • Escalates issues to senior levels, based on complaints or concerns.
  • Explains company policies to customers.
  • Uses standard scripts and established guidelines and under supervision, to meet the agreed deadline and quality scores
  • Complies with all policies and standards.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Requirements :

  • Fluent in Polish (able to read, write and speak the language)
  • Good level of English
  • Previous Call Center experience 6 months minimum
  • Excellent verbal, telephone communication and written skills required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Good interpersonal skills with team player attitude
  • Ability to multitask, good organizational and time management skills
