The Supply Planning Team Lead is responsible for balancing inventory requirements across locations managing projects and driving process improvements to impact our KPIs.
This role will need to manage a high degree of cross-functional interaction with business partners in the Sales, Finance, Operations, and Project Management teams to drive success through Supply Chain to all customers.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated analytical ability along with the ability to translate analysis into action.
He / she will also have the ability to diagnose problems, make appropriate adjustments, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Leads a part of supply planning team ( local production part ) in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon KPIs ( e.
g. CSl-customer service level, PPED-waste level);
Plans, manages, and coordinates all activities related to the procurement of necessary materials for local production and to the finish goods needed produced in local factory;
Analyze the supply situation and provide direction to the supply planners ,communicate supply opportunities and issues across the organization;
Review and document buyer planner and supply planner policies and procedures;
Routinely analyzes the supply data and solves issues or puts alternative plans in place;
Provide Sales and Operations teams with timely analysis, guidance, and support decision-making to ensure that supply is in the best position to execute the demand plan generated from the total operational forecast;
Actively involved in other projects / activities related to supply planning.
3+ years of experience in Supply Planning in faced paced environment;
Experience of 1-2 years in coordinating a team would represent an advantage;
SAP , APO and Office experiențe are preferred;
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written (Romanian and English).
Analytical mind with excellent problem-solving abilities.
