Our end to end recruitment strategy allows for broad exposure within the company as well as the candidates. Moreover, managing such a highly diverse and specialised range of technical recruitment projects grants you large responsibility that contributes and impacts the business directly.
Experience : Previous experience in recruitment is required (2+ years), preferably on recruitment of technical positions.
International recruiting experience is valuable, but not mandatory. You must be already familiar with sourcing methodologies and conducting competency-based interviews.
Languages : English & German proficiency
Behaviour and personal attributes : Strong relationship management skills and ability to interface with business leaders, drive for results, ability to handle change with ease, excellent time management skills, positive and proactive attitude.
Mind-set : You must be able to understand and visualize technical roles, open minded and multicultural sensitive.
