Key Responsibilities :
collects, interprets and creates marketing strategy& directions for assigned brand group based on EE regional blueprints, intitates to opt out based on local business need
responsible for leading the development and execution of the brand group strategy in line with both country commercial and EE regional blueprint strategy
accountable and responsible for portfolio strategy in conjunction with EE regional brand group and area innovation to support overall business strategy, medium / long term
managing & accountable for marketing budget for the assigned brand group
initiate topline + bottom line growth projects, plan & optimize budget
works with supply, sales and finance to develop successful brand group plans within timescales and budget, and makes sure his / her team executes them as per plan
guides his / her team in development and activation of local brands, shares blueprint and initiates what relevant points to action and what to opt out
executes with his / her team the product launches agreed, contributes to innovation growth by delivering product development programs and can do initiatives for further margin growth
helps and guides his / her team to deliver monthly updates to business review and monitor market performance, prepare& present business review materials to regional discussions
responsible for successful implementation of initiative& brand plans as per business reviews, business plan and blueprint coming from the region
partners with media / consumer and market insights to give recommendations to the regional media team on media strategy and plans, represent the assigned brand group in media discussions
give suggestions to regional media team on market copy strategy for assigned brand group, ensure adaption for relevant countries and ensure that his / her team executes final market copy strategy agreement
owns development of team members and assigning of resources in-line with the regionally approved structure and as per business needs;
manage the Jr BM / TMs, BM / TMs, Sr BM / TMs of his / her team
day to day management of direct reports, ensuring their development & regularly have carreer discussions with them
Min. 5 years experience in FMCG market
Strong commercial awareness and drive, business acumen
Strong analytical and financial skills, able to work in detail on the company P&L
Strong sense of urgency and achievement, excellence in prioritisation and time management
Leadership skills in impacting, contributing and challenging business strategy as well as managing and developing
Creative, Innovative thinker
