Role Overview :
For our client, big automotive industry player, we are looking for Backend Developer. Working as part of a scrum team, responsible for the development applications of our European GMS system CarSys (customer facing application).
The role focuses on realizing the technical IT solution and application following the guidelines of the product owner to develop the functional specification or solution.

As part of the scrum team, the role will involve sharing relevant information on time, making estimates of the feasibility of the solution direction, as well as the useability of default functionalities and solutions.
Ultimately, developing with a customer centric mindset. 80% of your work is a working on new functionalities.

What we offer :
salary up to PLN 20,000 gross / month on contract of employment (depends on the candidate experience), no possibility to work on B2B basis.

remote work or from the office located in Katowice (KTW Tower - there are two buildings, now the company is situated on 5 floor in smaller building, next year Q1 it will be taller building 8 floor),

How the recruitment process looks like?
1) one hour intro section - introduce company (3 people on the meeting - Solution Architect, Product Owner, Backend Developer), conversation about product, some technical questions but it's not a test
2) one hour technical interview - more technical questions - for example what you will use in a specific moment?
