Digital Wealth Management was established in late 2016 with the mandate to develop and implement a holistic and global digital strategy for DB’s WM franchise, aiming to position DB as a digital leading player amongst Wealth Managers.
Since beginning of 2019 the responsibilities of the team were further expanded to include business architecture and DB’s core banking platforms, further strengthening the team and its ability to deliver holistic value to the organization.
The team is focusing on digital strategy as well as the development and execution of significant digital projects for clients and advisors.
A dedicated pillar on innovation and disruption is responsible to establish a leading edge as well as beyond banking solutions.
Collaboration across the bank and with external partners will foster idea generation and delivery utilizing agile methodologies.
As a key success factor, the team will engage with some of our most prestigious clients to obtain direct input as well as deep client insights for developing differentiating solutions.
Successful digital adoption will be key to fund further innovation. The team will work closely with all regional and product teams and in strong partnership with Technology to deliver true value-
add to the overall WM franchise strategy and culture.
Key aspects of the team mandate include :
Definition of WM digital strategy and implications on overall WM strategy
Execution of Business Architecture including the definition of a target process model in line with WM value chain and strategic priorities
Owning the strategic functional roadmap of specific digital & core banking capabilities & developing impactful and sustainable solutions in collaboration with key stakeholders
Proximity to technology trends and strategic technology partnerships
Digital project management and delivery (including a variety of projects with significant scale)
Establishment of innovation and disruption engine and culture
Ensuring successful digital adoption within our target client segments

We are looking for an CRM Global Product Owner joining the digital team at the next possible date.
Key responsibilities of this role include :
Support the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
Liaise with other global product owners and ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
Proactively seek out and identify needed system changes including new releases of SFDC and efficiently roll out new features.
Support in the gathering of feedback and requirements from users (if necessary)
Continually seek ways to further enhance the end-user experience and make sure functionalities meet the field needs
Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
Support in backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
Support in preparing functional changes concerning our Avaloq core banking platform in APAC and EMEA or with our onboarding tool, Appway, for execution.
Closely interact with relevant stakeholders to develop impactful and sustainable solutions
Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities
Act as PMO, if required, tracking activities, dependencies and in general providing high degree of transparency for the overall team
Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release / Sprint Goals
Development of trusted relationships with various stakeholder groups (Business, GT, External Vendors) across all seniority levels and regions
Educated to degree level
Project management experience, preferably within global organizations or consulting firms
Experience and passion for digital transformation
At least 1 year of hands-on Salesforce administration experience,
Salesforce Certified Administrator highly desirable
Experience in management of IT projects and familiar with related project management lifecycle, tools / deliverables and typical challenges
Ability to think creatively and out of the box, understanding a business requirement and deriving various options in the solution space
Good sense for feasibility and complexity of potential solutions / target processes
Strong analytical skills, capability to write business requirement documents and review technical solution designs
Experience with the Avaloq core banking system as a plus
Broad understanding of a Wealth Managers organizational, procedural and technological setup
Understanding of the global wealth management industry and relevant technology trends
Organizational savviness; ability to understand viewpoint of various stakeholders
Experience in working in a challenging, fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel to different locations if required
Ability to deal with complex and ambiguous situations independently and with limited guidance
Good sense for prioritization and 'getting things done' mentality
Strong team player with highest personal drive and a high degree of intrinsic motivation
