Responsibilities :

  • Provide 1st level support to customer
  • Monitor support channels phone, email, chat and document support requests in ticketing system
  • Ability to analyze and classify support requests, internal forwarding and follow-up
  • Responsible for documentation of mitigation / solutions
  • Skills and experience :

  • Good communication skills and enjoy working with people
  • Very good knowledge of the English language
  • Experience in customer communication / incident management preferable
  • Good organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset
  • Good technical understanding
