WE ARE
HR Operations makes sure Company records are always accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with local legislation. In addition, the team answers questions provide data / analytics support for managers, and educate associates on Workday, including self-service features to ensure data integrity in our systems.
Provides administrative support to one or more functional areas of Human Resources, such as labor relations, compensation, benefits according to Company Policies, regulations, and Labor Law.
Conducts research and analysis in different areas of internal ERM-related processes.
YOU ARE
A holder of the following competencies
Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Management, Finance (desirable)
3+ year experience in operations, customer / employee services (IT industry background is an advantage)
A general concept of HR Processes; HR or Personnel Administration expertise
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Workday usage is beneficial)
Good command of labour law : compliance with state and local employment laws and regulations
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Creative and strong analytical mindset
Attention to detail and accuracy
Bright organizational, self-management, and interpersonal skills
Sound communication and presentation skills (Intermediate+English level)
YOU WANT TO WORK WITH
Providing timely and accurate guidance to Associates, Managers, HR BPs with general HR questions
Ensuring employee document / data preparation for internal processes / different stakeholders
Handling different employee’s questions / requests regarding ERM’s related processes
Helping with preparation, presentation, and successfully closure of all types of internal and external audits / preparing routine and ad hoc HR reports if needed
Performing process controls, data uploads, and reconciliations
Taking part in the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies, procedures
Maintaining a correct flow of employee life cycle processes (hiring job changes, personal data changes, terminations, compensation change, etc.
from an ERM perspective
Partnering with key stakeholders to drive processes and systems improvements
