  • Lead and direct the Romanian Human Resources team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business.
  • Responsible for the development and execution of HR strategies, policies and initiatives for the Romanian region.
  • Partner with senior business leaders by providing data-driven recommendations that improve team effectiveness.
  • Manage complex employee relations casework.
  • Help build leadership capabilities through coaching and leadership development.
  • Support and make recommendations to improve the employee experience.
  • Collaborate closely with global HR teams to drive critical projects such as inclusion and diversity, talent management, succession planning, and tie these back to the business strategy.
  • Work closely with Talent acquisition teams to ensure we live our vision of right talent, at the right time, in the right place.
  • Able to synthesize information and communicate the insights from HR data to a range of audiences.
  • Contributes and sometimes lead strategic, impactful, and multi-team projects that align with the overall business and HR strategy.

  • 8-10 years of experience in a progressive HR role, ideally in an Business Partner role in a fast-growing environment.
  • Experience partnering and influencing senior leaders to help drive an effective people agenda that support business results.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to establish trust, and credibility, and influence at all levels, including diverse senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to create insight and drive decision making proactively.
  • Strategic thinking : Able to see the big picture and stand back to bridge the strategic vision with the details of daily execution.
  • Collaborative and business-oriented.
  • Culturally aware and with a global mindset.
  • Flexible, forwarding thinking and able to navigate ambiguity and change, flexing to the needs of the business.
  • Curious, fast learner, and flexible thinker with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Compassionate and employee focused.
  • Able to work under pressure, to tight deadlines, and manage multiple deliverables.
  • BA or Masters in HR or related field.
  • Languages : Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Self-motivated, independent, organized, focused, and who enjoys making work fun!
  • Based in Bucharest, Romania.
