As our marketing transforms to take advantage of the latest digital technologies, the Manager, Content Management and Innovation will play a key role in shaping the necessary transformations in how we create, collaborate on, approve, publish and deliver content.
This individual will manage a team to work closely with all content creators and users in HP Marketing to improve HP Content Operations, from planning, to workflow, content storage, its creation and production and operational analytics.
They will partner with Global Marketing and Global Agency Management to enable Content innovation, in areas like DCO, AR / VR, Voice.
And they will also partner with our technology platforms group to ensure we set the correct requirement for our content platforms, evangelize usage, and ensure the marketing teams are ready and trained to take advantage of any new innovations.
He / she can think strategically but be also very pragmatic and action oriented when it comes to the solutions deployment.
His / her goal is to transform HP’s approach to Content, ensuring its better usage and ultimately ROI.
Partner with our marketing technology platforms group to implement the new CMP (Content Marketing Platform) and DAM (Digital Asset Manager for HP Marketing
Deploy the new solutions successfully across all license owners, including support from Marketing Services
Define Marketing content taxonomy and metadata structures, and harmonize metadata across multiple legacy content systems in HP.
Define taxonomy process governance, management and maintenance programs
Create appropriate operational analytics, derived from the CMP and DAM.
Define a new agile way of working with the new set of production Agencies, enabling DCO and CGI
Train Agencies and HP Content creators on the new approach to Content Strategy (persona, journey, flows, content audit) and prepare team for the Real-Time-Decision-Engine launch in 2021
Research and incorporate industry best practices on Content innovation into HP content creation and production
Define and evangelize best practices to HP content creators and users, as well as determine an optimization roadmap with short- and long-term taxonomy improvements
Serve as Content Transformation subject matter expert in HP Marketing and for HP Agencies
BA in Business or Marketing, or equivalent. MBA preferred
10+ years marketing experience and / or solution development.
Solid experience in Marketing, both at country and at global level
Good knowledge of latest MarTech and AdTech trends and solutions, in particular in the area of Programmatic buying, SEO / SEM, Marketing Automation, Digital content management.
Previous experience in People Management and Change Management
Demonstrate initiative and be able to collaborate and communicate in complex matrix organizations
Strong eye for detail

Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build, manage and influence direct reports and virtual teams.
Mastery knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools.
