Roles and Responsibilities
Monitor incident queues and driving resolution per SLAs.
Act as a point of contact during issues and address customer concerns at all levels of leadership.
Monitor request queues and fulfil service requests per SLAs.
Monitor change queues and process change requests. Perform peer review of other colleague's changes.
Maintain configuration management data as assigned to ensure completeness and accuracy of the product inventory.
Participate in problem management, completing assigned tasks.
Participate on project teams as assigned, completing assigned tasks on schedule.
Identify thresholds for all critical links in the data path to quickly isolate where imbalances may result in potential outages.
Pro-actively monitor for and re mediate configuration drift of critical devices.
Perform comprehensive operational health checks of the entire services to identify areas of concern and track activities to drive improvements at all levels of the architecture.
Act as a point of contact during issues and address customer concerns at all levels of leadership.
Help to pipeline changes and support Transfer to Operations processes.

User Desk-side support and Ticket management operations
IT Infrastructure support and troubleshoot : PCs, Laptops, Phones, IT Network.
Understand the Business processes and how they are managed via the Digital Tools, especially the Oracle E-Business Suite R12 ERP
Understand the Front and Back End of the ERP system and be able to Troubleshoot and Support
Develop Reporting using SQL / PLSQL
Minimum requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with basic experience.
SQL / PLSQL medium level
Basic Knowledge of Programming languages : C / C++, PHP
Good MS Office skillset (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Database Administration and Basic Knowledge of Database Architecture, DML, DDL and Backup.
Basic IT Knowledge : Computer and Network Infrastructure, Windows based Deskside support
Good Network Topology, including Switches, Routers, and Firewalls
Fluent English language is a must
Personal attributes : Great communication skills, organized and self-motivated with an ability to prioritize and manage demanding workload, ability to innovate and adapt based on team needs and new technologies
Good to have
Basic knowledge of financial systems, financial close cycles and associated processes
Understanding of ITIL processes (certification is a plus)
Basic Knowledge of Oracle ERP driven business processes
Ability to break down complex issues and challenges to deliver best solution
Experience in process management and improvement in a technical environment
