Responsibilities

Creating and maintaining Apps and associated Workflows for Global Financial Services (GFS)

Providing environment support for the platform including migrating applications and Power Automate flows (Solutions) between environments.

Working with GFS to identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement

Be part of a Center of Excellence that offers trainings, runs periodic meetings, and communicates best practices

Stays up to date on the latest updates to the Power Platform, as well as future roadmap features announcements and virtual conference information

Performs other duties as requested by the Manager or Director of Intelligent Automation

Knowledge and Skills

2+ years’ experience in the Microsoft Power Platform stack (Primarily Power Apps and Power Automate)

Proficient in Microsoft 365 products and the ecosystem

Ability to identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes using low code

Comfortable working in an energetic, high growth environment with a flexible and agile approach to operation requirements

Project management skills and familiarity with project management tools

Communicates effectively with users

Comfort with running large meetings and presenting in front of groups of various sizes.

Experience with UX design and app UI creation is a plus

Microsoft Professional Program certification in one or more of the Power Platform or Data Analysis tracks is a plus

Experience with Robotic Process Automation Tools i.e. Power Automate Desktop is a plus.

Experience with BPM tools such as IBM BlueWorks Live is a plus.

Experience developing and implementing APIs into the Power Platform is a plus

AI / Machine Learning experience is a plus

Experience with Power BI / Power Query and embedding Apps and Flow within Power BI is a plus

Experience with SQL and working with data warehouses is a plus.

Any previous programming experience (C#, Python, JSON, PowerShell etc) is a plus.
