The core of the CoE IT Governance is made up of capabilities for planning, governance, I&T operating model and performance management.
The CoE IT Governance can include other key functions, such as performance management, change and process management, IT Operational Improvement, IT Risk or knowledge management.
Orchestrate the governance mechanisms ensuring that the appropriate decisions are made to align IT strategy with business strategy, while keeping the bank safe and compliant;
Constantly improve governance and operational performance; is responsible for IT operational improvement process;
Focus governance and other cross-functional IT management capabilities on preparing for the future;
Identifying and collecting the necessary information to better understand and optimize the way of working and the needs inside the IT organization;
Define and Document processes for all IT activities, following ITIL framework;
Define, maintain and report on the metrics that will be followed to track the progress of IT achievements against objectives;
Acts as gatekeeper for IT Minimum Standards implemented locally : perform gap assessment and define implementation roadmap;
Manage all IT processes documentation from a knowledge management perspective (define documentation repository tool, maintain repository, define and maintain access rights, define rules for documentation management);
Is responsible to achieve the IT Risk Measurement Model target;
Identify and propose the training opportunities across IT area.
Provides continuous coaching and mentoring by clarifying job responsibilities, setting performance expectations through the establishment of goals and job competencies, identifying skill gaps, creating development plans and evaluating performance.
Identifies top performance and takes action at an early stage for underperformance.
Encourages team members to develop themselves and facilitates this (e.g. providing training opportunities).

Exceptional people management abilities leading cross-functional teams, conflict management, constant alignment, coaching & mentoring, focus on people development, addressing performance as a way of improving the business;
empowering people management style;
High level of adaptability - learn continuously, with openness to new perspectives that could lead to a better result;
Being able to complement a very strong network inside the IT organization with connections outside the organization;
University degree (IT, Engineering) or equivalent professional experience;
At least 5 years work experience in process management, product management, project management;
Focus on collaboration, teamwork and customer service.
