Maintenance and execution of long term (strategic) customerdevelopment plans
Deliver sales targets and other KPIs with KAs
Execution of sales contracts with main channel KAs, leadingnegotiation in line with Syngenta boundaries
Accountable for forecasting / planning and accounts receivable
Accountable for cross-function creation and execution ofspecific offers
Coordinates with ASM and Customer Marketing to deployresources
Create and execute KA plans and campaigns, aligned withcountry campaign plans
Monitors seed and crop protection market environment andtrends
Manages overall account relationship and leads, coordinatesall main activities (contracts, stewardship, services) of its key accountsacross the country.
Implement segmentation strategies and target offers to complimentsegmentation strategies
Plans and monitors the KA supply situation
To understand the value chain, propose to HoS strategy tofully exploit the value chain and deploy resources as necessary in order todeliver targets
To ensure that company policies are well understood andimplemented by the sales function and where necessary by customers
Critical role to drive Syngenta growth with Key Accountcustomers in the country
To manage and develop relation with peers and other functionsprovide strong functional leadership
RepresentingSyngentaand its product / service portfolioin aprofessional and competent manner
Follow-up of the clients’ satisfaction subsequently to thesales season’s end
To ensure compliance with local legislation and competitionlaws.

Build solid and professional relationship based on recognizedexpertise and trust with customers and influencers.
Propose, develop and deliver spcific technical and commercialtrainings for channel distributors’ fieldforce, with support from marketing andtechnical teams
