NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Hardware IT Asset Management Specialist to join our team in Bucharest , București (RO-B) , Romania (RO) .

Role Overview

Provides analytical support to a business unit, segment or function. Maintains, analyzes, interprets and reports data. Creates oral and written reports for group(s) supported.

Develops, runs and prepares various statistical analyses and reports based on data. Utilizes various software packages and tools for collecting, mining and reporting data.

We are seeking a hardware asset focused IT Asset Management Advisor to join our global team. This role is responsible for the design, implementation and operation of ITAM processes and policies in a fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities

  • Building and sustaining effective communications with all stakeholders towards the goal of maximizing the customer experience
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to design and implement ITAM processes and policies supporting the lifecycle
  • Timely and accurate reconciliation of lifecycle data relating to program assets and the asset tracking system
  • Reconciliation between various data repositories to ensure consistency of all data sources
  • Investigating and resolving discrepancies to maintain data integrity of the asset data
  • Managing preparation and distribution of pre-defined and ad-hoc reports related to asset management
  • Tracking hardware assets throughout their lifecycle
  • Key Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hardware asset management
  • Requires experience with software license audits
  • Experience with various database and spreadsheet tools SQL, Access, etc. and Strong Excel skills are required
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has a strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on customer service, including experience handling challenging situations and conflict resolution -
  • Must be able to work independently and take initiative to identify, track, and resolve issues

  • Experience implementing and / or using Flexnet Manager Platform and or similar industry standard ITAM solutions
  • Desirable Requirements

  • An Industry Certification such as Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM) will have an advantage
  • Experience working in a managed services environment
  • Working knowledge of service desk and field service operations a plus
