Job Description

We are recruiting for our client, an automotive company, greenfield, one of the key suppliers within automotive Global World, with manufacturing and R&D Centers within Europe, Asia and US.

Automotive company, supplier for reputed OEMs in Asia, Europe and US, producing electronic components and key functional components.

The company is technology and excellence oriented, working for premium brands.

The role and responsibilities : Implantation of the company in Romania

The Finance Manager will be the only employee of the Finance / Accounting department for the first 1 year and you might also work with finance contractors on some aspects for the beginning.

Afterwards you will build the team according to the volume increase and headcount forecast agreed with the Group.

You will be responsible for the finance tasks in the German subsidiary of the group also (operational costs, such as wages, rental bills, travel expenses etc, the internal finance analysis and budget issues and act as contact person for the external agency, such as provide the bills for accounting and tax reports, and push the agency to provide the reports on time).

The Financial Reports are sent to the Group before 3rd of each month.

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for the budget planning, and supports the executive management team by offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company.
  • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting
  • Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests
  • Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
  • Your profile :

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  • SAP and Excel skills
  • Excellent ability to problem solve along with solid analytical skills, understanding of the business process, and systems optimization.
  • Comfortable interacting with all levels of management in multiple areas
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting.
  • Ability to review data and make relevant management decisions.
  • Strong financial system and business administration understanding

  • Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting. SAP and Excel skills Excellent ability to problem solve along with solid analytical skills, understanding of the business process, and systems optimization.
