Background & Purpose of the Job The role aims at delivering world class service to Ice Cream partners and citizens by providing recognizably better Customer Service offerings, while keeping optimal service costs & leading development of individuals and teams - with the commitment to be recognized as preferred Supplier / Partner.
You’ll Need to : Develop a unified Team capable of managing innovation projects, providing solutions to the Business, and managing a range of logistics services providers (skills, attitudes) Manage E2E operations of Frozen Goods (logistics operations, stocks management, transport management, documentation flow) Manage transportation operations for IC and Frozen Foods Lead the development & implementation of innovation projects, aiming at service improvements and reducing of total supply chain costs Set strategy for physical logistics in line with UL objectives and lead strategic partnership with 3 PL Partners on a local level Keep updated with the latest developments in the logistics market, understand the local market situation, future tendencies and understand the development trends Link with external professional organizations and aim to improve markets Ensure the compliance with local legislation and Unilever guidelines.
Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills; Ability to communicate with people of various backgrounds At least 5 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, planning / manufacturing, operations, or scheduling experience in FMCG environment Accountability, Agility, Bias for Action and Growth Mindset Experience in running transformational projects.
