We are looking for an outgoing implementation engineer to help us seamlessly integrate our voicebots with the client systems.
This is an exciting and versatile technical role where you'll be working with the client's engineering teams, as well as Talkie.
ai conversation designers and sales managers.

A typical week as an Implementation Engineer might involve
Understanding and clarifying technical requirements
Defining and designing integrations between Talkie.ai and client systems
Building and configuring custom solutions
Writing integration and test scripts
Testing manually implemented integrations
Working closely with the conversation design team on implementation projects

What you will bring to the table
Knowledge of HTTP protocol and REST API
Knowledge of a programming language (JavaScript / TypeScript would be preferred),
Proficiency in Windows and Linux environments
Fluent English as we work with international clients
Understanding of VoIP, SIP as an advantage
