Processing and following the incoming orders from clients;Preparing quotes following the pricing guidelines;Coordinating the shipments to customers;
Answering to the queries regarding delivery times, product information, technical documents, etc.;Filling and maintaining the office files and the administrative documents.
Requirements : At least 1 year of experience in a customer service environment;Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Romanian and English;
Administrative skills and commercial knowledge;Some technical knowledge (construction or plumbing industry it's an advantage);
MS Office, SAP experience is an advantage;Well organized, able to work independently, team player, fast learner, adaptable person.
