  • Leading and managing the Security Operations and team of security operational staff members.
  • Responsible for directing security event monitoring, management and response and cyber intelligence.
  • Define metrics, report SOC performance and improvements to leadership.
  • Analyze and improve infrastructure and application cybersecurity, performance, and availability.
  • Revising and develop processes to strengthen the current Security Operations Framework, review policies and highlight the challenges in managing SLAs.
  • Propagates a risk based, business focused cyber security approach in all activities.
  • Deliver regular and consistent KPI / KRIs on the security monitoring activities and implementation of security controls.
  • Remain current on securityindustry events, threats and impacts on new technology.

  • 3+ years managing a Security Operations Center.
  • Experience in designing and building security operations centers
  • Incident management process development and / or incident management experience
  • Knowledgeable in SOC advancements such as EDR and SOAR
  • In-depth familiarity with security policies based on industry standards and best practices
  • Knowledge and experience with a major cloud provider such as Azure or AWS.
  • Thorough knowledge of SIEM technologies, like Splunk
  • Advanced technical writing skill
  • Solid understanding of current cyber-attack tactics / techniques and mitigation solutions.
  • Ability to lead and communicate efficiently within a team environment
  • Ability to communicate security issues to peers and management.
  • Customer-oriented with a strong interest in client satisfaction.
  • Professional security certifications
