Job Description

Single workflow owner - providing visible end to end leadership to drive onboarding results with the customer throughout the customer’s supplier onboarding journey.

Responsibility Areas :

During the onboarding project implementation phase

Working with the customer to plan and execute the agreed seller onboarding plan

Providing effective project management of the onboarding preparation tasks

Identifying and mitigating against risks and blockers to the onboarding goals - during design and project implementation phase

Aligning with the Professional Services engagement manager’s milestones and goals to ensure successful delivery of the overall implementation project

During the delivery phase of the onboarding workstream :

Named customer-facing Network owner driving onboarding success both internally and with the customer ensuring the agreed SLA and business case committed to Enterprise customers are met.

Accountable for securing a continuous onboarding enablement pipeline

Working closely with customer success on rolling forecast planning

Coordinating ongoing onboarding execution activity

Ensure internal and external visibility on customer onboarding progress.

Identifying and mitigating against risks and blockers to the onboarding goals - with customer & Internal stakeholders

Responding to customer onboarding escalations - Driving resolution with customer & network

Identifying and executing on retargeting, retraining, and strategy renewal requirements

During additional customer roll-out waves (a scaled approach to eventual customer onboarding self-management) :

Review country specific solution requirements

Coordinating any required changes to campaign collateral

Coordinating any additional project management, internal alignment and handover activity

Coordinating additional training requirements

Position requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology or Computer Science and / or related field

5+ years experience in a consultancy / change management / delivery role

Consultancy skills in advocating best practices and standardization, adoption

Skilled and respected communicator, consultant, and influencer; able to engage with CFOs and CPOs of Fortune 500 companies

Self-starter who is resourceful and not afraid to make decisions

Strong prioritization and collaboration skills

Organized and demonstrates time management skills

Business level English, both written and oral & Business Level French, both written and oral.

Experience with procure-to-pay or e-commerce processes would be an advantage
