Coordinate the main information system development activities, coordinate resources and control project milestones (information / data / programming / analysis).

Develop, plan, analyse, estimate and setup the priorities of the configuration activities, phases and agreed project deadlines.

The Global Payroll Implementation Team is in charge of ensuring that the Central Implementation process is applied with consistent methodologies and comply with the SLA-s in place.

He / she will ensure that all activities are performed in a manner that meets ADP and / or client expectations and ADP Service standards.

He / She has a direct relation with the SBS & MA Service Delivery Director and is accountable for 4 areas :

  • Client experience, quality
  • People management
  • Process management
  • Business and productivity management
  • Responsibilities

    Coordinate the main information system development activities, coordinate resources and control project milestones (information / data / programming / analysis).

    Develop, plan, analyse, estimate and setup the priorities of the configuration activities, phases and agreed project deadlines.

    For his team, he / she creates reviews, develops and communicates standards and processes that comply with ADP commitments or exceed ADP contractual requirements.

    Client Experience

  • Checks quality of the delivery to the client and always focuses on the client experience
  • Works effectively across the Central organisation to resolve client issues
  • Manages clients' escalations together with the Project Managers and, if necessary, with the Service Directors.
  • People leadership

  • Ensures that all team members have the appropriate training planned as defined in the job description
  • Reviews and improves training plans in coordination with the Central organization and the SBS& MA Service Delivery Director
  • Maintains up to date knowledge and expertise of ADP processes and ADP systems
  • Participates in the recruitment process for new hires
  • Identifies talent, works with HR to ensure that the appropriate development plans are created
  • Audits work of other team members and assess performance based on clearly defined KPI-s that she / he previously agrees with the Streamline / Celergo organisation and ADP RO Management.
  • Effectively manage team performance :
  • Facilitate regular Check-ins
  • Establish a relationship which nurtures open and honest communication.
  • Discussion of challenges and successes as related to assigned clients.
  • Facilitate goal setting
  • Regularly provide performance feedback, both positive and constructive.
  • Act as mentor and career coach
  • Participate in the performance management process by conducting 3 month and annual performance reviews including making performance recommendations for salary, promotions / staff changes, separations
  • Actively provide feedback on individual team member performance providing timely performance feedback.
  • Works with the SBS&MA Service Delivery Director to create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort
  • Process leadership

  • Monitors day to day operations to guarantee that the Global Payroll Implementation Consultants work according to their defined role and meet our SLAs
  • Effectively and consistently manages process of changes (including roll out and communication)
  • Business leadership

  • Monitor and report on performance metrics related to assigned clients
  • Improves organization, process, tools, using ADP WAY methodology.
  • Acts as a day-to-day liaison with in country team
  • Maintains payroll procedure manuals and business process documents
  • Highlight and escalate relevant matters that may impact the implementation process
  • Manages resources utilization plan in coordination with the Central Streamline / Celergo Organization
  • Analyses and resolves complex issues encountered within the team; Demonstrates strong analytical and error resolution skills for complex payroll environments
  • Manages customer implementations when the volume requires.

  • Number of customers / countries implemented

  • Knowledge and Skill Requirements

  • Expertise in the ADP Implementation processes, tools and activities
  • Knowledge in working with HR applications
  • Microsoft Office
  • Languages : English at minimum B2 level. Other European language is a plus.
