We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist to help the continuous development of Bucharest Design Centre and running of the daily IT administrative operations of the company. Responsibilities :
General IT support, client support (Windows 10), user support for 2010 versions of MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, MS Project, Microsoft Teams), support in maintaining local servers (Windows Server 2008 and Server 2012) under guidance nSetting up workstations and applications (laptops, Internet connections), installing printers and plotters
Granting access to Microsoft Office Project Share Point Servers (Moss 2007 / 2010)
Establishing VOIP connections (MS Communicator)
Handling remote administration tools, provide remote support to local users
Liaison for CAD support from Germany
Operate server backups with Auto Loader LTO Tape drives and storage device, monitor servers, storages and backup schedules
IT equipment management
Preferably Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) or comparable training or degree
Skills enabling you to solve problems in desktop environments running Microsoft Windows operating systems and applications
Ability to teach users and help them solve problems in hardware and software operations and applications running on Windows
High degree of customer orientation, reliability, and very good communications skills
High degree of team orientation
Excellent English skills, other foreign language skills are a plus.
