Manager, Cloud Renewal AdminBusiness Area Global Cloud Sales OperationsLocation Oracle Romania - Bucharest The Global Cloud Sales Operations team is responsible for providing business support on the Sales systems and tools used by Cloud reps globally.

We are currently looking for a hard working individual to manage a Global Cloud Sales Operations team.The Global Cloud Sales Operations Manager will report to the Senior Manager of Global Cloud Sales Ops in the Global Sales Operations organization.

This person will be responsible for ensuring the team provides high quality, responsive support to Oracle’s Cloud Sales teams globally.

Successful candidates will have a commitment to high quality customer service and professional-level written and verbal English skills.

Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment and include but are not limited to : RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Manage the Cloud Renewals Operations Team
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met
  • Produce and analyze team metrics
  • Develop and coach team members to improve performance and delivery of customer service.
  • Coordinate, attend and lead team meetings and one to one's
  • Provide timely resolution of customer complaints and escalations including providing corrective actions
  • Gain a clear understanding of the business priorities and challenges of the Global Sales Reps and Managers
  • Communicate activity metrics to management
  • Undertake admin responsibilities as required
  • Keep current on new releases and enhancements
  • Support new application roll-outs.
  • Ensure team is up to date on all processes and policy changes
  • Undertake other projects and tasks as required SKILLS :
  • Strong knowledge on Cloud Support procedures
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

    Detailed Description and Job Requirements

    Manages sales and customer account administration as well as the monitoring, planning, and implementation of projects that support order processing activities.

    Manages sales and customer account administration as well as the monitoring, planning, and implementation of projects that support order processing activities.

    Ensures compliance with company revenue recognition policies for booking and shipment of orders. Acts as liaison to market research team to ensure market analysis data is properly used for quoting prices to customers.

    Coordinates field support calls. May track field support and / or sales activities and evaluate cost management effectiveness.

    Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements.

    Frequently interacts with supervisors and / or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
