Job Summary

  • Reports to Quality Control Manager or designate. Under minimal supervision, the QC Coordinator operates as the lot release interchange between departments for regular organization and updates related to lot release activities;
  • the candidate will also serve a logistical function for outsourced testing activities. Testing coordinators will be expected to demonstrate excellent multi-tasking skills to maintain updated systems and respective communication.

    Customer order workflow generation and monitoring

    Coordination of outsource test samples

    Communication and organization across departments; customer-facing interaction

    Accurate record keeping and data entry, including chain of custody (cGMP / GDP and safety standards)

    Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

    Facilitate correspondence between multiple departments to process testing requests

    Organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records.

    Assists with all clerical support to the department.

    Has substantial amount of customer contact via telephone, fax and e-mail.

    Maintains testing services accounts database.

    Responsible for maintaining quality within the scope of the job description.

    High School Diploma

  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred; or one to two years' related experience and / or training;
  • or equivalent combination of education and experience at NuSil Technology. Proficient in WORD / EXCEL.


    Must be proficient in English

    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English.

    Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
