Mission

  • Develops new accounts and ensures commercial follow up, according to commercial guidelines and processes;
  • Prospects customers according to GEFCO strategy and development needs;
  • Collects and analyses new / existing customers' needs and promotes additional services;
  • Develops new commercial opportunities conducting projects for, making proposals and suggesting new solutions to potential customers in his / her portfolio;
  • Ensures technological and competitive intelligence, working closely with the marketing department and business lines to develop GEFCO's offers in line with market requirements;
  • Defines market guidelines aligned with GEFCO's commercial strategy, including development and billing objectives;
  • Manages customer relationships throughout the whole sales process (prospect, conclusion, retention and payment);
  • Follows up and reporting, using the CRM system;
  • Ensures actions for the client are regularly followed up on (volume, performance, quality, profitability).
  • Profil

  • Relevant experience in logistics & transportation;
  • Good knowledge of commercial procedures and techniques;
  • Excellent prospection and communication skills;
  • Availability for weekly business travels within the assigned zone;
  • Very good organizer, with the ability to follow up tight deadlines;
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills;
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
  • Shows initiative related to her / his daily tasks;
  • Flexibility, open-minded, initiative and problem solving orientation;
  • Fluency in English language, French would be a plus;
  • Very good computer skills : MS Office, Internet;
  • Driving licence B category.
