What would be great to have :
Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR executive in the IT field (min. 2 years)
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment
Minimum 2 years of working experience on HR Internal processes : Onboarding, Events Management, Compensation & Benefits, Admin & Legal, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Offboarding etc.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Experience with Human Resources metrics
Good knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
People-oriented and results-driven
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements and architect strategies
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
With the mission of :
Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process
Handle the hiring and onboarding process for new employees
Oversee and manage a performance management system that drives high performance
Facilitate participation in professional and learning opportunities and manage internal knowledge sharing sessions
Manage end-to-end Team Events and Celebrations : Team Building, Annual Holidays, Monthly Team Events, Birthdays and S&P Anniversaries etc.
Keep the Employee files up to date

Create and deliver activity and budget reports and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
